Being stylish

Being stylish requires a creative and adventourous mind. You are not always going to get it right. But lets face it, even fashion gurus do commit some serious fashion crimes time and again so there absolutely nothing wrong with getting it wrong here and there. But then if you get too many wrongs than you get rights then that is very worrying, you certainly need some help!

Quite often often the right attitude can be a scapegoat when you make a mess of yourself. The secret is havig confidence, believe in yourself. This is very easy to see, walk tall all the time, with bust reasonably out and confidently off course. When wearing out-of-the norm clothing, people are likely to believe you when you potray self belief. I must confess not too long ago, l got away with wearing blue hosiery stockings and an under the hip long white cotton shirt in broad daylight, with off course white framed sunglasses. I wasn't really sure to be honest but l guess the way l carried myself around was a big selling point and l managed to turn a few heads fortunately.

Never slouch when wearing unusual items. Always walk with confidence. The moment you start walking in a doddgy fashion then nobody will believe you are for real, we are bound to think you've probably escaped a pyschiatric ward successfully and don't be surprised to find yourself fighting off hospital policeman who will be trying to take you back to the unit where you belong!

TIPS ON HOW TO LOOK STYLISH:

  • Understand your body shape and the right clothes for you. These should  disguise your body flaws and highlight your best bits.
  • Be confident, believe in yourself. This should reflect in the way you walk. Always walk tall, stick your bust out and sway your hips.
  • Accessories are vital elements of a ladies wadrobe. A very simple dress topped up with a matching a scarf  and some bracelets plus a stylish handbag can produce a dramatic fashion statement.
  • Assess your wadrobe in relation to your lifestyle. Think through a list of items that you need to upgrade your wadrobe before you go buying. Dont always find yourself lured into impulse shopping.
  • Be creative, be adventorous, input a daring attitude to be stylish. Try mixing and matching unusual items.
  • Read fashion magazines and customise fashion to your own taste and style. Don't just follow trend, set your own!
  • Have variety in your wadrobe. Buy from a variety of shops rather than just sticking to a few.
  • Invest in some quality all time classics rather than quantity or all trendy items.
  • Make-up plus a good hairdo should be an icing on the cake. Hair should be healthy looking and hairstyle should compliment your dressing. Make-up should too. Just enough make-up or a close to  natural look make-up is preferable. Too much of it is never good. It is rather tacky!
